Born and raised in Hilo, Hawai'i, Tia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and a Professional Designation Degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.
As a former small business owner, Tia successfully ran her own women's boutique for eight years, earning recognition as the 2017 Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Hawai'i Island and multiple Best of East Hawai'i awards for Best Women's Clothing Boutique.
She has spent the last decade supporting her husband's brand, Stay Humble Pray, and his national speaking mission through Top Youth Speakers. Now, as President of Serve God, Not Time, Tia is passionate about service, transformation, and helping others discover purpose, healing and lasting freedom.

Wendy Haunani-Akau is a grateful recovering addict and formerly incarcerated woman who turned her pain into purpose. After decades lost to meth addiction and two prison sentences, Wendy made the decision to reclaim her life. She returned to school, earned her BA in Sociology and Human Services Certificate, and now uses her lived experiences to walk alongside others on the path to freedom and recovery.
She is one of the first on Hawai'i Island to become a certified Forensic Peer Specialist, and proudly celebrates 20 years clean as of August 2025. As Vice President of Serve God, Not Time, Wendy is committed to mentoring and empowering those affected by addiction and incarceration, helping them believe that restoration is possible through faith, service and second chances.

MARIO FERREIRA | TREASURER
Mario joined the team in 2024. With more than 22 years of financial experience, he has developed and led teams responsible for financial reporting and internal control, financial planning and analysis, accounting. Mario has a proven track record of developing and leading global finances and human resource teams that have successfully executed operational and strategic objectives.
Before joining Serve God, Not Time, Mario Ferreira brought a wealth of expertise in financial management from his distinguished 22-year military service to his role as Treasure at Serve God, Not Time.
KEHAULANI FONTES
KEHAULANI FONTES | SECRETARY
Keahaulani Fontes is a living testimony of redemption. After over 12 years of incarceration tied to addiction and domestic violence, she has spent the last 13 years rebuilding her life and helping others do the same. Now over 8 years clean and sober, Kehaulani holds a BA in Sociology, a Human Services Certificate, and is one of the first on Hawai'i Island to receive a Forensic Peer Specialist License.
Driven by the loss of two sons to addiction, her heart is to serve those affected by incarceration and substance abuse. As Secretary of Serve God, Not Time, she uses her lived experience to support and mentor others on their path to freedom, healing, and purpose.
